Enquiries and guest suggestions

The forms collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, message and any guest you recommend. These are used to review your enquiry or suggestion and follow up where appropriate. Form submissions are reviewed privately and do not appear automatically on the website.

Enquiries are sent to Niku by email. Guest suggestions and interview enquiries are also kept in a private Google spreadsheet, with a backup in the website’s database. Submission times and reference numbers help manage requests and prevent duplicate notifications.

Email updates

If you sign up, your email address is used for new conversations and occasional Building Brighter updates. Your request is emailed to Niku and saved in the website’s database. You can ask to stop receiving updates at any time by emailing niku@buildingbrighter.world.

Services supporting the website

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Google services handle form delivery, email notifications and the private guest-suggestions spreadsheet. Cloudflare provides the website database. These providers may process information outside Canada and may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services.

Keeping and managing your information

Form records are not currently deleted automatically after a fixed period. To ask for access to, correction of or removal of information you have shared, or to stop email updates, contact niku@buildingbrighter.world.
