Work with Niku · Facilitation, connection & collaboration

Help people connect.
Move meaningful work forward.

I work with people who care about what they’re building and how they build it. Through facilitation, thoughtful inquiry and practical learning, I help teams and individuals understand one another, explore what matters and find a way forward.

01Ways to work together

Start with what
your situation needs.

A team finding its feet. A leader thinking through a difficult decision. An organization exploring what AI means for its people. We begin with what would make our time together useful.

01 / Communication & collaboration

Team facilitation & connection

Create the conditions for people to listen, speak openly and work well together. I design and facilitate workshops that combine thoughtful conversation with shared practice, strengthening connection and helping groups work through what matters.

A useful moment
A new team, an important transition, different perspectives that need to be heard, or an offsite with room for more meaningful connection.
Possible format
A team-building workshop, facilitated meeting, offsite session or learning series.
What we work toward
Stronger relationships, a clearer understanding of one another and useful next steps.

02 / Clarity & direction

Thinking partnership

A space to think with someone: to untangle a question, examine assumptions and reconnect with what matters. I bring attentive listening, honest reflection and a wider perspective to decisions, ideas and the human challenges of your work.

A useful moment
You are carrying a complex decision, developing an idea or finding your way through a period of change.
Possible format
A focused one-to-one conversation or a series shaped around what you are working through.
What we work toward
Clearer questions, fresh perspectives and a next step you can stand behind.

03 / Learning & change

The human side of AI at work

Explore what AI is changing and what people need along the way. I facilitate conversations about meaningful work, changing roles, learning and the choices your team wants to make together.

A useful moment
People have different hopes or concerns about AI, or your team needs space to consider how new tools fit the work and the people doing it.
Possible format
An exploratory workshop or facilitated discussion shaped around your team’s context.
What we work toward
Shared understanding, clear priorities and a small, useful experiment to learn from.

04 / Ideas & public conversation

Interviews & event moderation

Compelling conversations that bring both ideas and people into focus. I combine careful preparation with curiosity and responsive facilitation, helping speakers explore their work and audiences connect with what matters.

A useful moment
You want a substantive, engaging conversation for a conference, community, team or audience.
Possible format
An onstage interview, fireside conversation, panel discussion or recorded conversation.
What we work toward
Ideas made accessible, different perspectives heard and a conversation worth continuing.
02In practice

Warmth, structure
and room to think.

My work combines preparation with attention to what is happening in the room. I design for participation, listen for what needs more space, and help people connect the conversation with something they can take forward.

03How we begin

Start with
a conversation.

  1. Understand what matters.

What are you working on, who is involved, and what would make a difference?

  2. Find a useful starting point.

We shape the focus, format and scope together, whether that is one conversation, a workshop or a series.

  3. Make space for the work.

I bring preparation, structure and a responsive approach, with attention to both the people and the purpose.
